Comments & Grievances

If a parent has a comment or grievance, they are requested to consult with their child's coach or with any of the NAYHL Board members. If it’s an issue with your current coach reach out to the appropriate level director.

If the issue cannot be resolved by the level director, you can reach out to the Head of Coaches.

In general, any Board Member can field a complaint or compliment. If you have a question about the program, ask a board member, if they don’t have an answer, they can bring it up as an issue formally or informally.
